The Rental and Sales Centre employ the Professional Swimming pool and Garden maintenance company based in the Orihuela Costa who are members of the ATI (Aquatic training institute) and the International Society of Arboriculture.

All the pool staff are fully trained to commercial pool technician level, garden staff have training in garden maintenance, legally registered, legally contracted, insured and are supervised with 7 years experience and qualifications in pool and garden maintenance in Spain.

The Rental and Sales Centre specialise in monthly contracts for the maintenance of community and private pools and gardens. Comprehensive pools, gardening and community cleaning contracts are standard with our services.

Gardening and Community Cleaning Service. We maintain many communal and private gardens. We can quote for a monthly gardening service, street sweeping and cleaning of Community and private areas. We also quote for full landscaping and building works to transform your garden to however you want it. We use only experienced garden operators, trained by ourselves. Garden and Pool surround area using only our qualified and experienced staff.

There is a huge difference between a bunch of cheap labourers working illegally caring for your garden or community and ourselves. Anyone can claim to be a pool guy or gardener, please ask to see legal papers and qualifications when getting quotations. We are qualified, legal and take pride in our work.
